It’s cozy, it’s contemplative, it’s a little cheeky in the holiest way — and it’s designed to help us breathe, listen, and be transformed.

What You Can Expect Each Week

Over Zoom, we will gather for one hour to explore scripture through the practices of story and study — listening deeply, asking honest questions, and creating space for God to speak to our hearts.

Each week includes:

• Aromatherapy moment to ground the body

• Sacred storytelling to open the heart

• Scripture study that is theologically sound and spiritually nourishing

• Stillness practice to quiet the noise

• Reflection + discussion

• A “Last Sip” takeaway to carry into your week
